1. Specific Requirements for Certain Services. Your use of the Services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the following specific requirements and terms of use for certain of the Finance Topical Services.

The Services may contain links to or may direct you to third-party websites and services (such websites and content included in such websites, “Third-Party Sites”). Finance Topical provides the Third-Party Sites as a convenience, and does not control nor endorse Third-Party Sites or Third-Party Products. You acknowledge and agree that Finance Topical has not reviewed the content, advertising, products, services, or other materials that appear on such Third-Party Sites or Third-Party Products, and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any such content, and shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such Third-Party Sites or Third-Party Products.
3. Prohibited Conduct. You agree not to:

b) Violate or misappropriate or encourage others to violate or misappropriate the rights of third-parties, including intellectual property rights;

All trademarks and service marks on the Services belong to Finance Topical, except third-party trademarks or service marks, which are the property of their respective owners. ALTHOUGH Finance Topical SEEKS TO MAINTAIN SAFE, SECURE, ACCURATE, AND WELL-FUNCTIONING SERVICES, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONTINUOUS OPERATION OF OR ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES, AND THERE MAY AT TIMES BE INADVERTENT TECHNICAL OR FACTUAL ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

FEDERAL AND STATE SECURITIES LAWS IMPOSE LIABILITIES IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES ON PERSONS WHO ACT IN GOOD FAITH, AND NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED TO WAIVE OR LIMIT Finance Topical ADVISORY’S FIDUCIARY DUTY OR ANY RIGHTS THAT YOU HAVE UNDER THESE LAWS.
13. Modification of the Services. Finance Topical reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, some or all of the Services at any time without any notice or further obligation to you. You agree that Finance Topical will not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any of the Services.
